Maybe I'm going about this the wrong way. Could Cloud be convinced to spend lore, himself? Or you. She's willing to grant powers. She got me a dog. Immunity to psychic manipulation might not even be that expensive.

Really? I see them all the time on the network. The names I've seen are Ezra, Obi-Wan, Anakin, Rey and Maul. The ones who use the "light" are supposed to be justice warriors of some form, or mechanics, I'm not really sure which. But they might be reasonably safe.

It's a funny thought. What would something like me even do with a normal life? I'll use what I have, doing nothing feels like the wrong choice. We're here to change things for the better!

I've been trying to figure that out for years
being selfless I guess? going all out to save people no matter what.
I thought maybe I became a hero when I died to save someone
but if it was someone else, I dont know if I'd agree

Why does everyone keep suggesting or saying my desire to do just that is wrong?

what's your motivation? why do you want that?

[He's not aware of people telling Sephiroth that, so maybe it's not been explicit, or maybe there's some misunderstanding. The latter wouldn't surprise him.]
