Well, I've always got a moment to read. But if I don't respond quickly, I am still out doing deliveries.

Don't worry about it, it's actually pretty short. I don't remember that much about it, haven't celebrated in years. Seems not that different from Christmas anyway. Getting together with a lot of people and giving out lots of gifts, that's the gist. Gifts aren't all that personalized, there's just a big pile and everyone takes one.

And if you don't behave yourself, the giant Giftaur will steal your presents before you can give them away to anyone! So it's important for everybody to be good during the holidays.

Sounds kinda like Santa, but slightly more chaotic. Maybe we could do that next year, too.

Yeah tbh that is why Christmas was easy to follow even without knowing much about it! chaos is a good word for it, it's very wild and free.

less than you'd think. people trade sometimes, but most of the time the gifts are generic so everyone kinda accepts what they get. they're usually cheap enough that it's not worth fighting over.

That makes sense. I like both - those kinds of exchanges and then the ones where you have to think about what someone else might want, just for them, like it's their birthday.
